OK, this is weird fanart - I have been playing Paper Mario, 1000 Year Door lately and just finished it the other night. So while I had some downtime last night I drew some fanart from it. Goombella is pretty cute and I felt like drawing her as a regular school girl to see what kind of clothes she'd wear! I'm sure this isn't the most creative idea on the planet and has been done before, but, you know, sometimes I do things.
It's not a very large file because I transferred it from work, but there's a larger one sitting around. It was drawn almost entirely on the Wacom tablet because I couldn't find a proper pencil. I am trying to do more dynamic poses on my figures so that's my main concentration here, though I don't actually think I really nailed it yet.
I made her weird head thing in to kind of a beret. Honestly I think it's that, but I can't REALLY figure it out. Looks kind of like a girlscout though.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
